Frequently Asked Questions

Troubleshooting

Not receiving push notifications

  • •Check that notifications are enabled in your device settings
  • •Open Planify > Settings > Notifications and ensure they're turned on
  • •Make sure Do Not Disturb mode is disabled
  • •Try logging out and back in to refresh your notification token

Calendar not syncing

  • •Go to Settings > Calendar Sync and check the connection status
  • •Revoke and re-grant calendar permissions
  • •Ensure you have an active internet connection
  • •Try force-closing the app and reopening it

Can't join a family group

  • •Make sure the invite link hasn't expired (links expire after 7 days)
  • •Ask the family owner to generate a new invite link
  • •Check that the family hasn't reached its member limit
  • •Ensure you're logged in to the correct account
